For a typical sample of CoWP the refractive index and extinction coefficient at 632.8 nm is 2.143

 You may not actually find that of  CoP and Co hydroxides in literature. you need to do it yourself.

Thanks Joseph, yes it is hard to find it in literature that's why I asked here may some one know it or measured it before.
