The question is about exact conductivity values (S/m) of rat head compartments (i.e. skin, muscle, bone, white matter, gray matter, cerebrospinal fluid) which we need for the (infinite model) simulation of alternating currents applied via electrodes mounted to the rat head (i.e. transcranially). Currently, we are using values published for the human head (Standard Conductivity Values — SimNIBS g75fd674e') documentation 1) but most likely values for rat are slightly different. Does anybody know the rat values or where to find them?
Many thanks
