I guess that any chromatography data system (suitable for MS data) should be able to handle these files. I usually export into this format, so I assume you can also import it, although I haven´t done that.
If you are looking for free software to analyse your data, you can try OpenChrom (tried it a long ago and it was a bit difficult to adjust to my needs) or AMDIS (if you are only interested in qualitative results).
This is the most useful go-to page I know of for mass spectrometry software: http://www.ms-utils.org/wiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SoftwareList

See if some of the tools in the second group "data visualization and analysis", where netCDF is mentioned a few times, fit your needs.
R (free statistical software) and MATLAB (not necessarily free) also have capabilities to handle netCDF files so you can browse the packages available.
Another possibility is to use MZMine, which is open source also and has highly customizable analsysis functions. As a drawback, you must know what you want or how the different methods work in order to get best results.

I'm trying to plot a chromatogram in .SMS format. I've tried some programs and all the others. TXT or .CSV or some other ASCII file. Please, does anyone know of any software that can open this kind of file in .SMS?
