RG score is relative like percentile not percentage. Everything you have mentioned is taken into account, the most important is your active participation in RG.

Great question! Please see this link for a equation that predicts RG score: http://ascw.know-center.tugraz.at/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/ASCW15_jordan_response_kraker-lex.pdf
What is amazing is that the RG score is that it is not fixed. Sometimes, it gets up or it comes down. To me, this issue remains a hidden and unpredictable secret to most RG users.
Previously I compared my and other colleagues contributions on RG for some weeks. In that periods my contributions were highly more than for those colleagues (about twice), however, their RG score increased about two times of my score! So, until now, I do not know how the RG formula is work.
Thank you for all the answers and comments! I am going to spend some of my down-time making a RG-score model... there is probably a simple regression or KNN-type method that will get us there. Everyone here should be on the publication :)
