im looking to find a way to monitor the progression of metabolite concentration in a solution while its evaporating in a rotovap. right now we measure brix and to do so we have to stop the process and take a sample, which is very awkward and not accurate between repeats. does anyone know or work with a bluetooth sensor that monitors metabolites in real time? if there is a sensor that measure a different metabolite im open to concider it, it doesnt have to be brix. it just has to be relatively small and measure in real time.
