I'm trying to find completely privately funded studies on climate change, but am unable to find any. If anybody knows of any studies that were carried out without government grants or with little public assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.
Can you clarify your question? Are you looking for political organizations, non-profits, lobby groups, ... ?
Check out (Goggle) on Munich RE and their various climate change documents and presentations. Munich RE is a major insurance company that insures most of the world's insurance companies.
In addition, organizations like the World Bank and Deutsche Bank also have climate change white papers that are generally informative.
