So far I know the carrying capacity of anything including aquaculture is both minimum and maximum parameters of the unit required, e.g., production, length, FCR, etc. So first of all if you people do have your idea of the required parameters of the so called aquaculture then only you can decide to take the training concerned.
Am not sure i understand you question correctly... However, i know the Netherland government through the Wageningen UR organises group training in many field of Aquaculture.. Many of these events are even sponsored through the NFP program. You can google for more info. I hope this help you.
At Stirling University. There is a group working on aquaculture carrying capacity. Prof. Lindsay G. Ross has been working for a lot of time with that. He is retired now but there is a team working on carrying capacity. Try to contact Dr. Trevor Telfer at the Institute of Aquaculture, Stirling University. I have been doing some work in collaboration with Prof. Ross in Mexico
