Dear Amine,

1) WC-Co coldspraying is impossiable without soft matrix material such as Al, Cu, Ni, and such a composite coating will have only 10-20 vol% of WC.

2) Cold Spraying is inacceptable for soft materials, it couses erosion of the material instead coating.
