Does anyone know how to study pH of biopsy tissue using simple technique?

as tumors have an acidic pH.

See, it can not be done so easily. As you said the tumors have an acidic pH, it is the pH of the fluid of the tumor. If you have a larger piece of biopsy tissue (which normally you don't get) then you may macerate a small amount and check the pH of the macerated tissue with the fluid.
