Generally, regeneration of cotton will take lot of time. You can refer the literature and prepare wide range of higher concentration of BAP and lower concentration of auxins (i.e. 1,2,3,4,5, mg/L of BAP with 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5 mg/L IAA or any other auxins. you need to standardize for different cultivars.

The phenolic secretions from callus may be interfered with organogenesis. you can try with addition of lower amount of activated charchol.
