You can generally get actual funded grant proposals (often without the Budget information) from the governmental agency websites. the actual proposals are typically a matter of public record. Another idea is that almost all research office websites at major universities have "researcher toolkits" for their researchers and they have excellent resources for grant writing...often including previously funded grant proposals. At times these data require that you are a faculty member at that university but many don't have that limitation. Go to a few university websites, click on the research button and see what is available.Heck, I bet Newcastle has such resources available...
