My research topic is Knowledge and use of Contraceptives among Female students. And I want to find the correlation between knowledge of Contracepives and usage ,with a Yes/No questionnaire , how do I analyze that?

It seems that your variables Knowledge and uses are categorical (yes/no). In this case Chisquare test is used to see the association between knolwdge and uses. To see the correlation, you need two continuous variables.
