Hi Pooya, I am looking for test data of frames and/or shear walls. I have seen in literature many researchers comparing their numerical models with experimental results, but I am having a hard time finding those test data. Is there any opensource database that assembles the experimental result, instead of having to contact the people who performed the tests personally?
I agree with Pooya that your answer is a little too generic (what kind of test data are looking for?).
Anyway, I work at a shaking table lab and my experience tells me that data are generally provided only to research partners and/or published (papers, etc.). Never heard of an Institution and/or lab that gives away its own data to an opensource database, best wishes...
What kind of test or experiments are your targeting. That will define the scope of the data you would be requiring. Kindly specify the results or test you are looking for.
Thank you for all your inputs. I am aware that PEER has a database on reinforced concrete column tests. I am wondering if similar database exists for shear walls and momemt frames? For example, monotonic, cyclic, dynamics, etc. tests on RC shear walls and/or frames. Much appreciated.
I have performed some tests on shear walls. You can find the data in my paper "Tests on reinforced concrete low-rise shear walls under static cyclic loading" on ResearcGate. I hope that it can help.
"This structural wall performance database is being compiled and vetted several times per year by ACI Subcommittee 445B.
It contains material and geometric properties, experimental results, and references for tests of reinforced concrete structural walls. Data from 521 wall tests are available in this database as of April 24, 2017
