I need South African soil properties data such as bulk density, clay%, sil% rock%, Available water content, K-factor, carbon content, soil depth and maximum rooting depth. Where can I get such information.

not sure how much data they have on south Africa but its worth a look!
There are also other Google Map Soil Layers which you can install.
