Does anyone have experience with thermogravimetri of polystyrene and the influence of mass on the results?

Please help me.I have done thermogravimetri for my master thesis with different heating rates 2.5,5,10,20 and I have found kinetic function but for each run I have different function(I have found the function using optimizations method and using python. Is this possible? or did I make a mistake in the calculations. By the way, the thermobalance was not a normal laboratory thermobalance and I used 50 gr polystyrene as a sample.
