Does anyone have experience with Quantum yield by sphere?

I have a Nanolog from Horiba company. But we are not satisfied from its results on Quantum Yield. I got some initial results from comparative methods but I would like to measure with DeMello method (using sphere). Can you use this machine for this purpose? How can I do?
