I guess you mean the Breast Cancer Data Set from UCI Machine Learning Repository? Get it from here: http://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Breast+Cancer+Wisconsin+%28Original%29
maybe it is not what you're very searching for, but these parts there's a researcher who's opening his brain cancer "cure” in Open Data. [http://opensourcecureforcancer.com].
His repository of resources is growing day by day, and it could be possible for you to keep in contact with him, investigating some additional source. BTW, exploring the "topics" section in the mentioned website, i.e. through the "Open Data" key, one can find something interesting.
— I just used took the opportunity of your answer to spread the existence of Salvatore Iaconesi's laudable initiative. Sorry for this, if I was OT.
Really, I'm not sure about the data i need. but I'm working on rough set model and its extensions and i'm trying to compare between these extensions. My friend told me to try cancer data set as it's high dimensional data.
so can you support me with the high dimensional cancer data set?
I manage http://cancerimagingarchive.net which is great if you want imaging-related data sets for cancer. Or in general NIH keeps lists of data repositories at https://datamed.org/, https://www.cancer.gov/research/resources/data-catalog, and https://www.nlm.nih.gov/NIHbmic/nih_data_sharing_repositories.html.
