Does anyone have a protocol to measure ECOD in fish?

I want to measure ECOD (ethyoxycoumarin O-deethylase ) in fish, I found some information in Webb et al. 2005 and Holdwat et al. 1994. However, I can not find the original information with the actual quantities of the reactants, principally for the incubation mix.
