Lots of specific heat data out there, but can't find thermal conductivity. Generally looking for properties of IrO2 films, but would be fine with bulk material properties at this point. There's a good amount of electrical property data available, so I can do an estimate using the ideal Wiedemann–Franz law, but without a good Lorenz constant for IrO2 its only going to be an order of magnitude guess.

"Pure platinum is a silvery-white, highly dense (21,450 kg.m-3) and ductile lustrous metal with a low electrical resistivity (9.85 uohm-cm) and a high thermal conductivity (71.6 W.m-1.K-1). It has a high melting point (1772°C) and does not oxidize..."
looks like the table on page 551 also lists that for Platinum, not Iridium oxide. I don't have that handbook, going off of the google books link, though.
Electrical resistivity for IrO2 ranges from 30-200uohm-cm depending on temperature film thickness and other quality factors, so I suspect maybe those values aren't quite right...
From aviable resources,it is very difficult to obtain thermal conductivity of IrO2. I could find in most of papers, all other propeties were given except this value. You can get it from Data book or Text book. The values, I have given it for (Ir) but not IrO2.
I was searching for exactly the same - thermal conductivity of IrOx - and got here. I've found few sources with electrical conductivity but not thermal conductivity. I don't know how good Wiedemann-Franz Law works for oxides though.
I found the order of magnitude for electrical conductivity to be ~105 S.cm-1. Can you please let me know if you managed to find a Lorentz Number?
No, I have not. This summer we may just go ahead and measure some film diffusivities and work from there.
