As CasX was small in size than SpCas9 and had the potential to be applied in future clinical tests,I synthesized the protein and did the same experiments in the paper. But my results were negative in genome editing in vivo. Maybe I am not experienced and made mistakes, I don't know. I want to know if anyone else had repeated the experiments and got positive results.
