I am looking for a good reference book about protection and relay settings to use it as a reference in my daily industry works (NOT looking for an academic oriented book). Can anybody introduce a good book in this topic?

For the kind of work that you are into, the ideal thing to follow is always the respective National Standards.
But for some reason if those are not thorough enough, take your pick out of the IEEE Power Systems Relays Standards Collection.
