Terrascan, Terra match and Terra Modeler are lidar data processing software, it can be download from www.terrasolid.fi. Now ArcGIS also include lidar processing tool and Global Mapper also reads lidar points.
Hi, you may try using Dielmo3D products for Lidar data processing. Also try lidar2dems (ref: http://applied-geosolutions.github.io/lidar2dems/). All the best!
As suggested above, I would definitely recommend CloudCompare and LAStools.
In my opinion, CloudCompare is the most complete and easiest open source software for point cloud data. Apart from basic tools, it has included some very nice third-party open source tools that are extremely useful when processing LiDAR data.
OpenTopography provides access to points clouds as well as a long list of developed tools for processing ALS point clouds. A large number of tools available are open source. PLEASE CHECK THIS LINK.
From my experience, I would recommend Cloud Compare for Lidar post-processing. However, if you used TerraScan for post-processing before, believe me man it's hard to find something similar :(
