I'm a trainee in a company which supplies space engines and we currently use an encapsulating epoxy resin (Stycast W67) with a low viscosity (200-300 cP) but a very long polymerization time (22 hours). We want to replace it in order to gain time.

Look for a UV curing material such as those made by Norland:

Increase the temperature to 58*C, time depends on your epoxy resin thickness and treat under the UV rays if you are sure it doesn't harm to your sample. Continue incubation at 58*C and frequent treatment under UV rays may fasten the polymerization of epoxy resin. Be sure about the compositional ratio of epoxy resin and you can try in different combination and you can find out the best ratio that fits with your protocol.
