My research is the in vitro study of cancer vaccines and I commonly focused on cellular response on PBL. I would like to evaluate also humoral response in term of B/Plasma cells activation and antibody production, but on Pubmed I found only "ancient" papers.
Work out using ancient methodologies and develop your own for setting a new trend for inviro antibody production. Lalitha kabilan
Thank you John. The Methods you suggested concern the isolation and restimulation of already activated B cells and surely that will be usefull for characterization after the "immunization"! But I would like also to immunize PBMCs in vitro. I think that humoral response need longer time compared to T cells activation... and other exogenous cytokines... etc...
