Does anybody have a suggestion of how to bring instant death to leaves without tissue damage?

We are trying to produce a control test for plant infection and for this purpose we need to use intact dead leaves. Unfortunately gamma radiation is not an option. Thank you for your help.

Dear Nir,

place leaves in liquid nitrogen for 10-20 sec. We usually do it with mice.
