Luiz, please be specific in which inflammatory diseases that you mean. Many chronic diseases such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, and obesity are inflammatory states caused, in part by over-consumption of acidic foods such as red meat, high-fat cheese and a low intake of fiber, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
Hello Joan, thanks for your answer. Actually I found good ones yesterday. I was trying to find some papers which could describe general mechanisms, independent of the disease. The mechanisms regasrfind to IL-1, IL-6, TNFa, Leptin etc are now, more clear to me.
Good morning Joan, this paper could have an answer to your question, the article talks a lot about mechanism in relation to inflammation with training.
Thank you Victor, I was aware of the IL series and tumor necrosis factor, alpha as inflammatory cytokines that are released from poor diet and other avenues of antioxidant stress. Leptin is a protective factor as well as adiponectin. What is not clear is the relation ship to the inflammatory release and appetite reduction.
