it is quite well known that any object above zero absolute temperature emits electromagnetic radiations. how would one explain for the case below 0K.
Below Zero Kelvin to absolute zero you will find a body to emit some radiation. However you can not reach or cool an object to absolute zero which had any energy associated with it.
But be sure at absolute zero it will not emit any radiation.
