Hi Eslam. I suspect that Ala-Ala-Phe-CMK could potentially inhibit many chymotrypsin-like proteinases (Cathepsin G, Chymase, proteasomes, etc)

But in the literature, I could only find that it  inhibits kallikrein-7.

Please note that chloromethyl ketones can also react with cysteine proteases.
