I have expertise in large grain growth by melt method of YBCO and REBCO systems. And also well versed in tailoring of Jc-B properties. Now all basic techniques for the same.
Yes, I want to collaborate in the field of large grain melt growth of REBCO High Temperature Superconductors. If it is convenient for you, I can invite you for several months to TURKEY and we can work togethor.
I have done work on YBCO materials in the past, but not much in recent years, yet this is a topic of interest for me. However, I would like to learn more about the proposed idea for collaboration with some details to ensure I could contribute effectively to such collaboration that could be of mutual interest before I could provide a definite answer.
Thank you for your message and the proposed collaboration.
I worked with several years with HTCSC: YBaCuO (123-phase) and BiSrCaCuO (2212-phase). The topic of my PhD- the impact of the replacement of elements in compounds YBaCuO fnd BiSrCaCuO on the Tc and the Jc. What exactly do you mean by the possibility of collaboration?
In 1994 I predicted from my XANES work that Nd/Ba substitution can be controlled by Ba/Cu ratio means Nd system can be grown in air by such innovations. Then my theme was changed. Now I see similar work is going on. This made me to write the question of collaborations. I did many innovations during my SRL-ISTEC(1993-2000) stay. I wish to grow large grain with controlled Jc-B properties. I have one such paper on Tailoring of Jc-B properties. My aims are 1. tailoring of Jc-B properties, 2. Less growth time, 3. large grain, 4. Nd/Ba substitution control by Ba/Cu ratio instead of O2 partial pressure.
Since 2000 I got settled in a small village in India(after returning from Japan) to work on changing developmental scenario there. I donot have research facility now at my diposal. Now I gain wish to contribute in this field. I may work to achieve above aims if basic facilities are available and working conditions are arranged at any place.
