Kindness is  paying attention to another person and acknowledging their situation and point of view. It conveys openness and generosity without judgment and respects the dignity of the other person. It requires us to be other-centered, instead of focusing on own needs.

Most of the people may believe that nursing at present is a mechanical care and in past times, nurses cared better and were more kindness.
