Looking for good survey data of teachers' use and perception of utility of technology in the classroom, technology in their teaching, and student use of technology. Particularly looking for surveys of teachers of students in the middle grades, ages 11-14. And especially of maths & science teachers at all ages. Thanks! Curtis Linton

In my opinion, it is difficult to get survey data of teachers. It can be collected from various institutions by preparing a self-administrated questionnaire.

I also don't have a survey you are looking for right away but if you google ""primary teacher" survey site:clu.uni.no", you find emails with papers about teaching issues in the corpora-list mailing list. FYI: the corpora-list mailing list is dedicated to different corpora questions but it can be also useful for your study.
You might know that TIMSS (Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study) in 2015 gathered some data, though it may not be the "good" data that you are seeking and doesn't really touch on "perception of utility". You may be interested in my 2013 Computers and Education paper which is available as full-text, albeit with some typos. "Does technology have an impact (on learning)". It uses data from a Becta survey on measures of attainment, also available in full-text. Although the survey was in 2003, the paper outlines empirical and systemic reasons why it results are still relevant, given the conservative nature of schooling.
