Hi,
I have to use ceramic crucibles within a muffle furnace but the problem that those crucibles are very small in capacity. I need to use something with high capacity within this furnace and can resist high temperature? so can anyone suggest what other alternative options can be used?

You can using light thermal bricks bear high temperature such as alumina bricks. Also you can remove the central part inside this brick easily and prepare a hole design form within these brick, to the fact that the bricks can be easily carving. After finish you can take advantage of this bricks to put your powder inside this hole such as in the crucible.
On the market there are alumina crucible of different size. I don't know the volume of your samples but there are alumina crucible quite large.
