I am looking for a Journal in Education that is in Scopus database and that publishes realitively fast.
Do you have any experience? How long did it take until your paper was published?

There are a lot of education based journals that are scopus indexed, the only problem is that these journals are maintaining the quality of the papers that they are publishing and not the quantity or volume of their publication. The average publication rate for a research paper is 3-6 months from submission to publishing. Although some journals also offer a fast paced review, it will cost you more. Beware of predatory journals that publishes within a week or two. You better visit the website of Scopus and choose from the list of their indexed journals and try to weigh things up.
It is very difficult to answer this question. No one can estimate the exact review time for quality journal, it may take 2 months to 2 years, even more than that also. It will depend on your luck, quality of paper, number of reviewers, editors.
Depending on our experience, I believe it is difficult to answer this question, because the time it takes depends on the editors` efficiency and the reviewers` answers .
