My company asked me to work on residual life assessment of boiler in order to help power plants for maintenance of equipment. For this purpose, I really need some standards and specifications to study. I would be happy if you could help me to facilitate doing this project.

It depends on which fuel. Could you precise if you want data on gas boiler, wood boiler, ...?

There is not specific answer to your question. Just to study in order to develop a deeper understanding, I would recommend you to go through API-571, API-573, API-580, ASME BPVC I to IX and most importantly API-579.
