An agile organisation needs unique leadership skill set which is different from normal organisation. An agile organisation consists of a network of teams within a people-centered culture that operates in rapid learning and fast decision cycles which are enabled by technology, and a common purpose that co-creates value for all stakeholders. leadership style meeting these requirement and gaining qualities to become inspirers and to empower the team are most helpfull in transforming the organisation and making it agile.
