I would like to study instructional materials development for schools and the newest instructional media category of specialized resources. please guide me

The subject is vast and each day updated with new findings.The materials are diverse in nature. You have to categorize the materials and then slowly you can built the knowledge to young minds in school. There should a basic syllabus for such a course and once it is known things can be introduced.You must provide such input or you have to develop the syllabus and its due approval from school or board or government is required. If you wish computerized instruction then there are plenty available in the market or you can even borrow from some recognized institution and they help

My field of study in the university curriculum. I am also an elementary school teacher. My question is in my field. Our training materials are classified into three groups. Visual (eg, poster) and audio (eg, tape) Audio and video (such as movies), but I know that the category is not appropriate. Because they are not comprehensive and all training material that is used in schools were not included.
But before that I am collecting information about a variety of categories

I understand your urge to do something good for the young school children. Yes you try to introduce some natural phenomena happening in the universe ,be it on this earth or other planets and even universe and the life form in plant kingdom and in animal kingdom. Addressing some fundamental questions as discovered by great thinkers and scientists. Their perception and preaching are available in audio-video style and you can incorporate those thoughts with the basic need of today that is our safe environment and energy and health and enough food for everyone of us. Also on health issue including good drinking water .

In fact, you understand the core of my idea and it is appreciable.
It doesn't matter what is field , it is important that we learn from universe and must be represent the universe phenomena in our training.
