We believe this system would be an instrument that could motivate students to become professional ethical business leaders. Any helpful thoughts are welcomed: Is this a good idea, should it be cumulative throughout the student's four-year college period, how should it be tracked and maintained and who should do the tracking and managing, how did you present this information to the students, etc.?

An ethical conduct and awareness rubric would work. The descriptors could be modified in such a way to show student growth over time. This will then serve as a form of value added assessment
