I do not know of any method of rating the aesthetic value but I wpuld say that these early human habitats demonstrate the value and the specifications of habitation in general for humankind and I do not know whether you need a special rating for this sort of demonstration.
Given that you want to nominate it for a heritage list by analogy with standing building and landscape work I suggest identifying a focus group or groups that will tick the boxes for whoever makes the decision and then going out and surveying via questionnaires as to what is special to them. Their opinions can then be fed back into the nomination under the heading 'aesthetics'.
