Tricalcium aluminate liberates a lot of heat during the early stages of hydration but has little strength contribution. So what are the undesirable properties?
One of the possible undesirable is that it should not reduce the bounding capability, it is the trade off between strength and bounding properties.
Dear Anand Raghavendra Rao,
Thank you very much for your answer.

Khalid
