The Utopian answer would be 'yes - all health care should be free to all worldwide'. The current, realistic answer is that this is a highly complex world that we live in and no one system is entirely free or benefits all people the same - even within a single nation. The WHO and UN have tried for several decades - at least to have basic healthcare worldwide. I would 'hazard a guess' and suggest that anything 'free for all' i.e. water, sanitation, staple foods etc is still some way off.
In the current climate - free worldwide healthcare could not be achieved. Just take the USA as an example. There is far too much political and economic diversity in the world; not just between countries - but within countries.
Health care supposed to have priority in governments program and they must put it at the top of their planning..All countries resources must be oriented towards improving this field of human life..
Though idea is good as mentioned by Dean it could be of highly impractical. It is true WHO on behalf of UNO trying their level best, we can feel happy for that. Something is better than nothing.
My opinion it is not that easy. Do you think people I mean to say all sects compromise that easily.
Country wise Govt.s can take their own initiatives to improve the health standards of their citizens. Likewise if all countries Govt.s take action that is more than enough. No need of WHO/UNO too.
I agree with you, health care should be free to all worldwide, but we live in a complex world. So, free universal healthcare could not be achieved.
I think it is sad to live in this complex world and not everyone has access to free affordable health care. I believe that the government should provide free comprehensive health care because some individuals don’t have enough money to visit the physician or the hospital. It’s not fair that some individual have Medicaid and some don’t have it. Some people have to pay when they visit the doctor, but Some individual that are poor and need the health care.
It should be free depending on economic level. But at the end we are suffering the consequences of system and governments we have created...and about poors they will suffers the cobsequences of the governments they choose to live. At Is the government that should build hospitals and clinic and center of health care to help and assist poor people!
The hopes different from the real world, the logical answer is yes, healthcare is one of an important issue and right for every person and must be free because the poor people will face the die, but in other hands, the hospitals are economical enterprises and to continue in their works must have benefits.
Most countries provide limited healthcare for their peoples but that is not enough for the huge needs.
I think yes, most countries provide limited health care for their peoples. Especially in the governmental hospitals, but the problem these people receive a less health services quality than the private sector.
