Do we expect any difference of (1/2,0) spot's LEED-IV for two different structure, (i) p(2x1) twin domain structure (ii)p(2x1) twin domain and c(2x2)?

Suppose I have two surfaces, one shows p(2x1) twin domain structure and other shows combination of both p(2x1) twin domain as well as c(2x2) structure. Now if we compare the LEED-IV for the (1/2,0) spots, should we expect the similar LEED-IV curve for both the structure? As for both the structure, this (1/2,0) spots comes from the same p(2x1) patches.
