I have not been able to find any detail on this in the Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count (LIWC) development manual. I know that each category includes all words in its respective subcategories. For example, "Perceptual Processes" has subcategories of "See," "Hear," and "Feel," which each include a number of text words that fall into those categories. All words included under the "See," "Hear," and "Feel" subcategories are also included in the "Perceptual Processes" main category. However, I am wondering if additional words are included in the main category that are not included in the subcategories. It appears that this is so, but I haven't been able to confirm.

Additionally, does anyone know if it is possible to access the entire LIWC2015 dictionary? I have the software, but can't find an actual listing of all dictionary words.
