For four fundamental interactions definitely it can be but I have a curiosity whether or not for possible fifth force. Highly appreciated for more clarity from someone who knows about it.
There *does* exist a ``fifth force'': it's the force mediated by the Higgs boson, which is a spin-0 particle. It's attractive (since the spin is even) and acts over distances of the order of the inverse of its mass, so it's very short-ranged. Neutrons do feel it, but not at the level where their movement through macroscopic blocks of matter would be affected.
