Hi Hossein,

Fumaric acid is a short-chain carboxylic acid. These types of organic compounds typically react very slowly with ozone (second-order rate constant for reaction with ozone in the order of 0.5 M^-1.s^-1). For the identification of by-products, you can use HPLC-MS, possibly in combination with ion chromatography to identify anion like acetate or oxalate.
