Hi Karthik,

it is not possible to do it straight forward in ABAQUS. You could do it with different Poisson ratio. However, that will only work if Kyy and Kzz are a ratio of Kxx.

The other way is to use UMAT subroutine where you can define stresses in x,y and z direction based on your user-defined equation. In that way you can define your Kxx,Kyy, Kzz saparately. Usualy, for your case the equation could look like:

Stress(xx)=Kxx*Strain(xx)+lambdaxx*Dstrain(xx)

Stress(yy)=Kyy*Strain(yy)+lambdayy*Dstrain(yy)

...
