Sorry, it may be that my expression is incorrect. The root reductive activity I mentioned refers to the root activity represented by the determination of dehydrogenase activity in roots using TTC ( 2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride ). Root oxidative activity refers to the root activity represented by the activity of root peroxidase determined by α-naphthylamine. First, define what is thw plant root activity. The reductive and oxidative activities are two completely different properties not linked to each other.
