Why OD-RH is highly recommenced for Revers phase and OD-H is recommenced for Normal phase. As i know column chemistry don't have any difference. What are the other differed parameters. If suppose we use revers what will happen.

The stationary phase is identical in both columns. You should order the column in a solvent that is suitable for your method. "R" means that the column is stored/delivered in polar solution. You should order this for RP-chromatography. This is important because it is not recommended to change the columns solvent from polar to non-polar (or the other wy round).
