We, in Indonesia, also have 12 years compulsory education which is also divided into 3 levels. However, our split is 6+3+3. Hmm looking back, I never really question why we are splitting it like that. Could you elaborate how the 4+4+4 system can promote greater flexibility in vocational and academic pathways?
