I'm interested for the results of ISRD study related to children at risk for antisocial/criminal behavior. I would like to estimate the number of children at risk in Bosnia and Herzegovina on national sample, using the ISRD 3 data base. Also, I would like to measure risk intensity and predict probability of criminal behavior.

i believe you must have come across validity and reliability study which was carried out by David and Elliot published in 1986 in the journal of criminology Volume 2 No 4.
Their report points out that the tool is not valid nor reliable.
however, as a scientist, i suggest that you look at the tool and see what you can modify to suite your subjects, then pilot it to set its reliability and validity if you must borrow this tool.
However much you may try to get other studies which might have used the same instruments, sometimes ,you also have to ensure that the tool tests and measures what it should measure. This might not be the case in all tools and models used by other researchers.
also look at Junger study on delinquent behavior among young people in the western world.

I think the author above is referencing a different study/survey tool by Delbert Elliott (note spelling) in the U.S. (not the ISRD), the National Youth Survey.
Per my response to your other question, l would suggest you take a look at the research of Ineke Haen Marshall (and co-authors) using the ISRD.
