According to Meshberger (1990) the depiction of the ‘Creation of Adam’ by Michaelangelo (1512) suggests that it is the imagination of Adam that created God (not vica versa), since in the painting God is encased in the outline of a sagittal section of the cerebral cortex. Such a representation can be thought of as science replacing Christianity/Judaism/Islam as the dominant ideology of Europe, a replacement that is ultimately responsible for today’s AI revolution.
